please help i cant figure out what this is and cant get to the doctors until next week

oh thank goodness! that is what i was hoping. just a really bad itchy rash (sometimes sore) that hasnt seemed to go away fully for about 2 months now, every few days it seems as though its clearing up but if i have days im at work and in tight clothes all day it gets bad again! it was the ulcers that were my main concern thinking it could be something else?
