3rd Week Side Effects

I know I am blowing this forum up... I apologize! I am on week three and it seems my anxiety has calmed down but I can't keep my eyes open I am sooooo tired. The first couple weeks i was opposite like bouncy and now I am just feeling down and tired. My thoughts are not racing as much but I have no motivation and just want to sleep. Can anyone relate on this? I am trying to be patient but I feel something new and weird everyday! Is this normal?

I’m finding I’m fine in the morning but around lunch and the afternoon if I sit down, I could fall asleep anywhere.
