Saturday weigh in lost 2lbs this week, could have been a totally different story had I not had you guys on here after my naughtyness last weekend!!

 So i have bagged my first stone plus and extra bonus gone down into the next stone number .  

I am not straying this weekend lesson learnt last week xx
