I have 4 bumps on base of penis that only hurt to touch and are oddly in a straight row. They also are semi red, but have no heads full of pus on them. They each have multiple hairs coming out of them, so maybe Folliculitis? I am also worried that it could be Genital Herpes since I am sexually active. Please Help!!!! Thanks.
