They came in about 1-2 weeks ago they felt little stingy when touched but now they have no sensation at all. What could this be and can it be removed

was tested last month everything was negative havent had sex since that

if STD’s are out of the question .
maybe get checked for STI’s
by all STDs which did you test for? these bumps can be genital warts caused by Hpv which you don’t get tested for. mollucusm contagiosum which you don’t get tested for. a herpes test may be valid 3 months after the encounter. go and get checked by your doctor to evaluate the bumps.
