I came off my citalopram 4 days ago and yesterday i noticed my eyes will feel like there shaking for a second or two quite often through out the day. my vision is fine but it feels like i’m at a standstill for a few seconds. not sure if this makes any sense or if it even has anything to do with coming off citalopram... has anyone had this issue or can relate? trying to rule out if this is caused from coming off or if i should see an eye doctor. thanks !!
I hope your not saying you just stopped taking it.
SSRI's should be tapered off no more than 5% every 2-4 weeks or until stable. If you just stopped, you have a short window to reinstate. Get stable than taper. Never cold turkey.
i came off it super slow went down from 30 mg took me about 4 months to come off it! so that’s not the reason
