Did anyone else experience shaking hands 4 months in? I had it in the beginning but it seemed to go away and now its back and pretty much constant.
I’ve also had weird vision issues kind of like tunnel vision, did anyone else experience this?
How long did the shaking last? I’m really sick of being sick as I’m sure everyone else knows. I have barely left my house since march

A couple of times when I've had other quite nasty virus type things I've noticed tremors to be a symptom that I've had, I can't remember exactly if it was something I had through mono as it was such a long time ago, but definitely I think this is something that can happen during nasty and intense viruses like mono.
Just hoping and praying that the shaking / tremors settles down, it truly must be an awful thing to go through Sam just wanted you to know I was still thinking about you and not wavering in any way from my belief that I firmly believe you are going to make a full recovery and come out of the other side of this horrible experience a much stronger, more resilient and healthy person.
So sorry to hear that you've not managed to leave the house much at all since March. That really takes a toll Sam - take things slowly and each day at a time. If there are any days you feel a bit more settled it's good to try and get out even for a short walk or to sit somewhere for a while. But I know it's all down to only if you feel able to though, and it's hard as your confidence becomes knocked too with it all.
I am still keeping you in my prayers Sam, believing that God is going to work and give you the breakthrough you need. Remember sometimes it's just a time factor with this, another few months down the line you will see improvement and you will get to the stage where you feel able to do things and your confidence returns, it takes time though Sam so just one day and one step at a time.

I have all kinds of stuff on me that shake and twitch and when i get hot it seems to get worse.

No need to apologise for anything Sam, when you're going through this thing it's understandable the last thing on your mind is being able to get onto a forum and reply to messages sometimes. Sometimes the beauty of the forum can be just people logging in and reading where they are feeling down or finding it hard. I have had a better week thanks to God, a couple of medical appointments went well and feeling a bit more at ease, although I have another one tomorrow so just hoping that can go well too.

I was pretty shaky overall, including my hands. My mom even noticed my hands were shaking. Don't worry, it goes away, or gets better at least. Does the shaking in your hands affect anything you do, like writing? Because for me they only shook when I tried to hold them still.
And yeah I can relate to the tunnel vision as well- still happens to me when I get more tired (It has been little over a year since I got sick). This virus does some weird things man, but don't sweat it because these stupid, annoying symptoms taper off ans get less invasive with time.

thank you! Yeah it's when I hold them still but I can feel that I'm shaky its like a week kind of feeling. when I'm holding my phone my hands shake. it's horrible. I can't wait to be better. thanks again, hope you're feeling 100% soon!

i can do very little. not working, driving etc. nasty thing! avoid stress and rest :)
I only drive when I have to (Drs appts, drop my daughter off/pick her up), but I'm really not confident driving. can't rest much unfortunately as I have a 2 and 3 year old :(
have you got any stomach or abdominal pains? i think it is now concentrated in my stomach and thats causing a lot of my issues. i can barely look after myself , i dont know how you manage kids as well!
My wife wants a kid so bad but as i can barely function enough to work and rest on all my off days i am scared to not have the energy to help her. Also i am scared to not be able to work from getting more sick again. It has been a frustrating 8 months so far as a year ago i had all the money i could want and do anything i want and then all of a sudden i got a house and married and then boom i am super sick spent all my saved money on doctors and missing work. Just a hard time in our lives right now.
similar situation, got married , moved house, my father passed away.... then got sick
Thanks Sam, my appointment wasn't too bad today, not any bad news or anything which is good. Feeling a bit down with some pain in hip / side today but trying to stay calm about it all. Hope you're having a settled weekend.
