Hi, so about 4 or more weeks ago I received an unprotected oral sex from a guy I didn't know. Few days after I've felt a bit sick, a cold sore showed up on my lip. Two weeks after that during sleep i felt itching in my penis, in the morning there was redness on my foreskin and i think a little bad odor. The itching stopped, but the redness stayed to this day, and i think it spread to my penis head. I've visited a dermatologist, and he said I shouldn't worry that it's an STD, he prescribed me an antifungal ointment, that seemed to help a little bit. Now i don't know if I'm worrying too much, but I saw three barely visible little bumps on my glans, I don't remember whether they were on my penis before or weren't. My whole glans seems to be little red in some places. I've read that the chances of getting HSV2 from receiving oral sex are rather low, especially when this guy didn't have any cold sores on his lips. Could this be balantis or yeast infection or something else? I've tested myself for HIV and syphilis and it all came back negative. I'm also attaching pics.
I have almost the same symptoms and most my doctor test back negative for blood and urine ,I went to the emergency room and they did test for blood and urine also negative so I did an std check test they called std 10 panels test and back positive for hsv1 or oral herpes .....my symptoms irs : burning sensation sometimes before I pee or after also after sex ..... no discharge, I have some sores in my tongue ,and dry lips and I used aclyovir.....am healthy person no smoke ...no alcoholic...if you have same symptoms you need to go for private 10 panel test .... don’t stress out it make things worse ....update me and I have some more for you
