40 days out from gallbladder surgery and still have heartburn and trouble with my intestines

**Good morning, after my gallbladder surgery I ended up with the worse heartburn I ever had would not go away Dr. put me on 2 40 mg. pantoprazole a day for 7 days, 1 for 5 day and now I am almost finished with 1 every other day. still having some heartburn issues but my intestines are just not right I have gone from diarrhea to constipation and stools are still yellow plus intestines just do not feel right inside. Have been on a low fat diet for the whole time anyone else go through this....thanks

Could be IBS which can happen after gallbladder removal. You can also get bile acid malabsorption which causes diarrhoea. It can be diagnosed with a SECHAT scan.
