Hi ive been taking propranalol once a day 40mg to help with anxiety but i think they are also stoppping me sleeping.Only getting 2 or 3 hours! Also on citalopram for 9 weeks which has been increased from 20 to 30mg this week.Can i just stop propalanol if ive only had it for a week Just want to take citalopram and see how i get on.Thanks

I don't think propranol affects sleep, if anything they make me sleep better as my body is calmer. (I took 3 a day for a long time).
Citalopram coud be doing it? Insomnia is common with SSRI's sadly
What is strange is that I am weaning off of Citalopram and I am getting insomnia. I slept fine while taking it.
