Hi I'm 42, after a rough year anxiety, sweats the lot. I started HRT Estelle Duet 1mg 8 days ago. When will I start to know it's effectiveness?

You should start to feel the benefit around 6 weeks its very subtle , once it has kicked in you should feel so much better. i have taken it for seven years now. I had the same as you anxiety sweats feel so much better taking hrt.

Hi, it depends on the person and what your symptoms are really. With some people it can work within days although they say to give it at least 3 months. With some of my symptoms I felt a difference within the first two weeks x

Hi, yes i am now on Indivina , its taken away the anxiety as that was terrible.

Day 10now and so far so good. Just hoping the green ones agree with me aswell. I'm being hopeful though.

I feel less hot and flustered so I'm hoping that's a good sign.

Just a quick note, I was on Elleste for 3 weeks. Felt okay for first three weeks then anxiety, anger, stress went through the roof! I stopped taking the tablets and went back to dr. He has now put me on Femoston which has a different kind of progesterone. Have only been on it for 10 days so not sure if same thing will happen. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know so if the green pills affect you negatively you know there are other options x

Hi I'm 46 and started elleste duet 1mg 8 days ago too yesterday I had the most horrendous migraine never had one in my life 

Apparantely this is a side effect really hope you get on ok

Doctor has said I can try patches as a alternative this menopause thing is driving me mad

Gone down a little bit need to wait for the new tabs to start working hopefully it'll only be a few days

I'm on day 5 of the green tablets. Woke this morning tired, backache and generally achy allover. I'm assuming it's the PMT.

Hi, I don't want to jinx it but so far so good. Anxiety fine, no hot flushes, less soreness down below, more happy about things. I did notice that I was really tired still but someone recommended taking B Complex with B12 tablets from Holland and Barretts and although I've only been taking them for 3 days I can feel the difference so I'm feeling cautiously optimistic at the moment x

I'm trying herbal a Vogel menopause support and also doing my light therapy 

Feel a bit better today I've heard the green tabs with elleste duet can make you feel a bit yuk
