So I'm on my 4th outbreak now after finding out I had genital herpes a couple of months ago. I've been to a clinic and they've put me back on aclovir or however you spell it.
My first outbreak was awful I felt like it was the end, baring in mind I've had a baby the pain was worse than child birth trying to pass urine!
So I've kind of come to terms with things a little more now where as before I was in a bit of a mess not knowing what to do with myself. I can finally say to myself "you have herpes but you just have to deal with it"
It happened to me in such a sly way of the person not having the decency to tell me.
So I found it hard to get my head around a little...
My only issue now is I have to live with this and crack on with my usual life, I'm not with my child's father but we're trying to slowly work things out after a year of being apart.
How would I tell him? What if he looks at me in disgust and blabs his mouth? Which I know means he's not a man, I'm just worried.
Also what if I meet someone new and I absolutely adore them but haven't broken the news, " oh by the way I have herpes"
It's just something I can't bring myself to do so my sex life has disappeared into thin air forever! Can they catch it without an outbreak? Please someone shed some light on this. I'm screwing over here!
Thankyou
