Today I have 5 weeks taking Venlafaxine 75mg. I still have this feeling of not being here and confussed. Lately on some afternoons the not being here feeling goes away and I still feel confused I know I am getting better but I just wanna be my old self again (happy). I need some advice have anybody gone trough this!! Also at times during my day I start feeling very nervous I dont know if its the medecine doing that to me!!
Hi Hilda. I am feeling exactly the same! Have been on the 75mg extended release for 6 weeks tomorrow and I am very up and down with it. Feel really tired sometimes and the anxiety creeps back at other times. I have also been feeling very shaky so the doctor gave me Propranolol for that. I have an overactive thyroid too so I'may not sure what is causing my symptoms! The Propranolol makes me feel even more tired. I keep clinging to the hope that it can take up to 8 weeks for Venlafaxine to work. Hope it gets better for us both soon x
That really sucks!! On friday I had a really good afternoon my desperalization disapear I just felt confussed but I felt calm. But yesterday I woke up with very bad desperalization again. Yesterday was my 5th week. Also I have been feeling very jittery just like you had mention it, I get really nervous these past few days. I have thyroid too but havent had any problems.
