i had Turp 5 weeks ago. I no longer have bleeding or bladder cramps but still have extremely sensitive tip of penis and cannot even wear my underwear. Touching the tip of penis causes pain there and urge to urinate. Has anyone had a similar problem?
Doc told me there's alot of trauma and stretching involved. You could have scar tissue there as well. Call the docs office and talk to them about it.

Not that I know of. He told me it just takes time to heal. He looked everything over to rule out infection of course. Usual urine sample when I got there etc. Told me if anything came up that concerned me to call. The place I go they are pretty great. I talk directly to his nurse or assistant. They talk to him between patients and call me right back. If he needs to see me they squeeze me in that day.
