Hi, I'm 55 and I had bilateral total knee replacements in July last year .My recovery has gone Ok and I went back to work in September . Since yesterday I've noticed that I have some swelling and tenderness at the too of my tibia ( shin) .it is not painful but tender to touch.. ANY IDEAS? thank you
can you think of anything you’ve done that caused it? If not, I’d ice it, take some anti-inflammatorirs and see your doctor if it doesn’t improve in a few days. Good luck.
