I am taking citalopram 10mg since 6 weeks ago i feel like foggy/dizzy/heavy head feels like my head is spining and chest pain (left side) and feel tired and scared sometimes and pain in the neck as well.
My heart test was done and everything is ok.
At this moment i would like to ask for help and advise.

I started taking 10mg Citalopram about 3 weeks ago. I had already been on a,very low dose of Ativan prior and it appears to be helping me adjust to the Citalopram. I even read in a book on anxiety that Ativan can help with drugs like Citalopram until your body and brain adjusts.
I have 5mg Ativan pills that I break in half and take 3 halves a day. 6am, 1pm and 7pm.
Speak to your doctor about your medication this is a very low dose.
Consider therapy AD's do not cure anxiety you have to learn to manage it
