I had Botox in Sept 2016 I had been doing well with my pain. I keep my stool soft by drinking Miralax nightly. But...over the past two months I've been feeling discomfort after bms. Not the spasms but a weird discomfort that I can tame with hemmeroid wipes/cream. Not as bad as the fissure but still uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's fissure returning or a hemmeroid. Scared to go get checked don't want to disturb the site. Any one else experience this??
I had surgery for my fissure in Dec and I experience this after BMs. Dr said it is due to weakened sphincter.
Try somee zinc oxide in the form of calmoseptine which has menthol to soothe the area down there as well. Calmoseptine can be bought at almost any local drugstore and can be bought online too. It might help with what you are feeling down there
