i dont know why im writing here. i guess its just because the people on here have helped me overcome alot of my anxiety throughout the years. just talking to people and having a safe place to rant and talk about my worries. … guys every little ache and pain i get i think its the virus. for months ive had severe anxiety about it. i just cant stop worrying about it. hearing stories that if people get it and survive it can still cause damage to your body scares me so much.. for example today ive got like a hot burning sensation at back of throat. and i dont know wheter its just heartburn or not maybe. . i have a headach on my forehead. and dont know if its just from too much worry. ive been feeling nauseous. ive started prozac about 3 weeks ago and have been taking xanax aswell. In the back of my mind im thinking if covid. im 28 but ive heard of healthy young people dying from it and it terrifies me. ive been taking vitamin d everyday, 1000mg vitamin c and taking zinc aswell. I dont know what else to do. its like nomatter what i cant get away from it. its just so scary. thinking about everything that covid can do and feel like it will never end. im so drained from it. i just want to relax and forget about it and stop thinking that i have it but i just cant :pensive_face:

Take it from me we are all scared and have the same worries. But you cant dwell on it or you are going to miss out on life. Its hard not to think about it, especially when there are reminders on the news and just about everywhere we look. But you have to put your mind some place else. you can only do so much to prevent getting it, the rest is in gods hands. You have no control over it no matter how hard you try. So try to put it aside and live your life. Even if you get it, its really nothing more than a bad flu and you wont die from it. Most people recover unless you have an underlying medical condition, more to the point, respiratory ailments. You cant go through everyday over analysing every little ache and pain, you will drive yourself to drink. Its not healthy, its almost like willing yourself to get the virus. Mentally its not healthy and your mind then convinces your body you have symptoms. Get out of this routine and do a project, enjoy the weather, go for a walk, a swim, excersise, ride a bike, find a hobby, do some chores, read a book, anything to get your mind off of it.
