Hi everyone I am 8 weeks post op, off crutches and still getting physio. The physio is really happy with me with my progress I can bend my leg more compared to before. So yeah so happy!!!

Well done have my review next week but think I will need to continue on my crutches for a while....
Everyone heels different and time is on your side. Keep up the therapy and mobility and a better quality of life is what your looking toward.

I am just back from thr 2 and very glad to be home. This recovery seems better than the last and I am hopine for this trend to continue.
