9 days on valiuim help needed

I quit valiuim 4 weeks ago but my dad is dying of cancer so I went bk on it but only for 9 days 8mgs ive taken 2mgs today im hoping I might just be able to quit and get it over with is it safe since ive only been on it 9 days I take lagactil and hoping this may help woth the anxiety any one else stopped after 9 days

Hi trace,you should not have any probs with only being on it in so short a time.

first week     6, 6, 6, 4, 6, 6, 4     

second week     6, 4, 6, 4, 6, 4, 4          see how your doing at this point

the next drop is only 25% so you can do it over 1 week

4, 3. 4. 3, 4, 3, 3.

the last 3 mgs i would do 1 or 2  weeks each

     3, 3, 2 ,3, 2, 3, 2          3, 2, 2, 3, 2, 2, 2

2, 2, 2, 1, 2, 2, 1    

1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1    

1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1, 0

if you was on it foe a while more than 8 weeks before i'd do it slower as above
