Hello, im just wondering can someone help me out. I have a hydrocele and behind the hydrocele there is what feels like a ball or round shape. Is this just my actual ball inside the testicle?
yeah you should feel the ball within/behind the hydrocele
have you had any assessments done on it

I would get ultrasound done on this and report shown to Urologist. There are two testes, but they are floating in body fluid inside the sac. so if there is a third ball, you need to.make sure it is benign. Otherwise this needs immediate surgery. Actually the only cure for Hydrocele is surgery. So you should go for surgery right away.

I already have had ultrasound scan and i have a hydrocele in my right testicle, i was just wondering if my acutal ball sits behind the hydrocele
It is not normal. An expert Urologist with many years of experience must examine, do ultrasound and even biopsy to determine whether it is cancerous or benign. Please get it done urgently
So where is my ball ment to be then? A hydrocele is always at the front of the testicle so its obvious that my actual ball will be behind it
Mine appears to be running from the right rear side to the front left side with the testes being on each side of the hydrocele. I had to just cancel my ultrasound due to a sick MIL and will have to go on the road so need to reschedule. I have had surgery once, but it appears to have come back. Not sure if taking up bicycle riding did me in.
And do you know the testicle with the hydrocele does your actual ball feel a bit heavy?
