So it's Saturday. We were invited to a birthday party starting at 3 pm and going on till there was no one standing. I don't want this anymore. So I went, had 2 wines there along with 2 pepsis and 2 waters. Came home at 8 and had 2 more wines. This is good. In the past it would have been at least 2 before going, I would have lost count how many there, and would have got home hungry and having at least 2 while eating. So although according to all recommendations I've had too much today, it's well less than half of what it was, I enjoyed dancing at the party and I feel sober going to bed, which I really like, I've discovered.
