hi week 4 at 50mg getting used to all the side effects but a need a good nights sleep which a think contributes to the many side effects has anybody got any advice on.
Hi John,
i was having little sleep too, your GP may prescribe Zopiclone 3.75 mg. it's a low dose! But I found it does help. The Drs don't like dishing them out, so you'll be given them for short term use. Good luck.
Forgot to say....it's a sleeping tablet.
hi carol and thanks for your reply a had them a friend gave me some as a do not think the doctor would entertain that do you know when the natural sleep patern returns.
hi carol a guess that is one a will have to wait and see best of luck.
Hi again John, I'm not sure when the normal sleep pattern returns, I sleep better if I go to bed relaxed in the first place. Hope you soon feel settled.
hi carol and thanks again am not sure anyone knows probably because of the other side effects but time will tell hope all goes well for you.
John, do you take the med in the morning or night? I take mine at night. I enhance my sleep by also taking Amitriptyline, low dose. Works wonderfully for me.
Dawn, USA
hi dawn a take it in the mornning a have tried amirtriptyline that gave me nighmares a could try the sertraline at night but as am getting better during the day would it not affect that a think the doctors throw you in at the deep end with these tablets.
get some valium from your doctor. a small dose - 2.5 or 5mg did the trick for me in the first few weeks on 50mg.
thanks for the advice there no keen to give them out but a need something up to 100mg no sleep high anxiety these things are no real.
