Went to see my GP this evening and he was really pleased with me. He has prescribed Orlistat for the next 6 months (which I really thought he wouldn't because I have been on them for over a year). My BMI is now 31.5 and he says if I can get it to below 30 he will be happy. He told me how much I had lost in Kilograms but I'm afraid I'm a stones and pounds person so it didn't mean much to me. I celebrated by going out for a meal :D I then went to see my sister who had our cousin staying with her and she was so shocked!!! \"Where are you disappearing to\" she said.
That is just the boost I need. A GOOD DAY!!!!
fantastic! :D I agree I have people noticing now which really keeps me going! I used deliver Avon, and saw one of my old customers the other day and she said I looked like I was wasting away which is a bit of an exaggeration as I have a long way to go but its the kind of thing that keeps me going!
Keep up the good work!
Great News Petal
Even though we are losing weight for ourselves it is comments like that which boost your self esteem and help keep you going.
Even though I'm stuck  at the moment people keep still making comments saying how fantastic I look; one of the father's who's child used to be in my class passed comment the other day - saying how fantastic I looked but not in a sexist sort of manner if you know what I mean It really made my day :D
Aww good for you.........Da iawn chi  (well done in welsh)
