Hello everyone. Trust you guys are fine. Today I woke up to a painful bump on my penis shaft. Its small like a granule and its very hard. Its on base of skin and there is no pain anywhere else not even beneath this lump. There is no fever or anything. No burning sensation in urine or anything abnormal. When I try to feel it between skin it feels like a hard granule.
Can you please tell me if it is some infected Fordyce spot or a pimple or what? I am scared to death. I suffer from panic disorder so its making me so nervous. I can not go to a doctor at the moment so please please please help me. Thanks a lot.
