Hi, can anyone give me an idea how much a legal representative would charge to take a case to tribunal. Would it be an hourly rate, fixed fee or a percentage of the benefit awareded? TIA.

Is this a benefit claim for either PIP or the work capability assessment? If so then may i ask why you want to pay someone to help you with this when there’s advice agencies out there that will represent you for free.
