Hi Alex. Is it at the end of you frenulum you could have a slight cut from friction if it doesn't improve in a few days have it checked. You could try some antiseptic cream for now.
Hi Ivan, thanks for your respond, finally I am able to find google the picture that have similar problem, but without solution.
I have google some, but I am not sure how to choose a suitable one, do you have any recommendation that I could try? and also if any specific words I should have/avoid on the antiseptic cream?

Hi as I said if it doesn't improve then go see you doctor in a few days as it could be something else. You could try some Sudocrem on it see how it goes. I can't tell from the photo if your frenulum is tight or short you could have frenulum breve if it is that the problem would return and you will need to see your doctor.
