I am perimenopausal but I am still having monthly regular periods...I would like to know if any lady feels that during her period sth is biting the uterus ( spasms?) and an icy hot sensation on waistline area?
I cannot actually describe how it feels...it is very weird...
hi Evi yes i have had more painfull periods and i am in peri myself but i know what you mean sometimes it feels like im having contractions i use heated pad that helps and paracetamol x
Exactly, I took paracetamol before an hour and it seems to help...
Do you also feel the icy hot sensation behind on waistline? I cannot find the appropriate words to describe this weird feeling
