Good day. Today I discovered a sore (not completely sure it’s the right term ) on my glans. I’m currently without healthcare, so while I sort that out I wanted to get some opinions. I’m attaching a photo of the sore. It doesn’t hurt or itch. Some days ago I discovered one inguinal lymph node being swollen, so I’m thinking of an STD, specifically syphilis, but I’m not a doctor so I’m asking for opinions.
