I saw this pimple this morning, first picture. I pressed on it and it brought out pus and blood, second picture. What do you think? Herpes? or Primary Syphilis? or an Ingrown hair?!

doubtful that it is herpes, Herpes usually presents itself not as a solid bump without ulceration or crusting. Usually Herpes do not feel like they are underneath the skin but more so on top of the skin in the form of a water blister. If you are having anxiety try to go get it swabbed by a doctor.
