A wart-like looking thing started to geow on my finger. Anyone can tell us what it is?

This is what it looks like, it really hurts when I touch the end of my finger. Due to the Coronavirus crisis we are not able to meet our doctor properly so i wanted to know if any of you guys knew what it could be. It would be really helpful. Thank You, Badiul Alam.

Its a wart. You could try any of the wart preparations you can buy at the pharmacy but sometimes these warts can be very persistent and it may need something more from your doctor
