A yummy treat

i went shopping today and was tormented by the supermarkets offer of ben & jerrys ice cream, this was one of my guilty pleasures

i noticed they do a frozen yoghurt version of some of them and was surprised by how low fat they were

i purchased a chocolate brownie tub, its 3g fat per 100g and the tub is 410g in weight total and it tasted as good as the real thing

thought i'd share as it is a real yummy treat that feels like one n not a substitute!
