Abdominal Discomfort

I'm a 25 yr old male. Two days ago in the morning, I had about 1.5 cups of coffee at the beginning of breakfast on an empty stomach. The next 4 hrs I was probably out grocery shopping on a hot day without much water consumption. About 4 hrs after breakfast, I had a large plate of grapes, blueberries, strawberries, and mango. I started to feel a little tense in my muscles and fatigue. About 3 hrs after fruit, I had a tomato based pasta for dinner. I went out to walk around the track for an hr. At the start of the walk, I was a little dizzy and sweating quite a bit. It was cool outside and I usually sweat a lot, but don't usually this much this early into the exercise. After sweating for about 5-10 min, the dizziness goes away but I could still feel tense in my muscles. I've been belching a lot more than usual. After walking, I had 2 slices of wheat bread and some light salt water. The tension in my muscles goes away. I wake yesterday this morning with some sourness in my mouth but feel fine. I feel a little discomfort in the upper right abdomen area. I'm still belching here and there but muscles are not tense and don't feel fatigued. This morning I wake up tense in the neck area. Belching still contines.

Could this have been caused by liver upset due to coffee on empty stomach and citrus based foods after or something much worse?

Could this have been caused by liver upset due to coffee on empty stomach and citrus based foods after or something much worse? No, basically you have gallbladder problems

you need to be checked out by a  Dr but it may be a hiatus hernia in your stomach opening causing the belching.

Thanks for your answers. In the middle of my upper abdomen, I can feel a hard lump under my skin. I'm not sure if its a lump or bone. If I'm sitting down, I feel nothing and nothing feels out of place. If I'm standing up, I can kind of feel the lump and nothing feels out of place. If my laying on my back, I can feel it. My energy levels have been back to normal. My appetite is still nowhere near what it was before. I'm getting it checked out soon, but I'm reaching out to see if anyone has an idea.
