Abdominal discomfort

any one else get a discomfort in right stomach below right rib cage feels like something there but there isnt feel the sensation more when sitting down or bending over last about 3 weeks at a time then dossapears or calms down

think im gluten untilerance and maybe sairy

I think, it’s due to musculoskeletal. you have no gluten intolerance, because you have no other symptoms like diarrhea.
