Abdominal Pain/Discomfort

Hi everyone,

About 5 months ago I was sitting in my apartment playing video games with my roommates when out of nowhere I got a heat flash of some sort. My head felt like it was lit on fire and I felt extremely nauseous, my whole body was shaking uncontrollably, and I was light headed and super pale. Ever since then I haven't been able to eat properly. When I eat I will feel super bloated and I always get this acid reflux type thing where I can feel air trapped in my abdomen and then it comes up and my throat makes this weird croaking noise as the air passes. This happens whenever I eat. I have been in the doctor multiple times, I've had my blood tested, I had X-Rays taken of my abdomen, I had an endoscopy done, and I had a CT scan. All of these tests came back normal, nothing was wrong. My doctor keeps using this analogy of opening up a car hood and seeing all the parts in place, but when you turn the car on it does not run properly. I haven't been able to eat much food throughout this entire time and in the past week it has gotten much worse. I am limited to eating barely any food and usually after I eat I get this occasional sharp pain in the upper, center of my abdomen. I have a HIDA scan coming up to check my gallbladder, but I'm afraid they may not find anything wrong with it based on how my previous tests have gone. If anyone has experienced anything like this or has any idea what it may be, please comment and let me know, it would be much appreciated as I have been very stressed out about all of this. Thanks! Also I know this may not fit properly into the abdominal disorder group, but its the best fit out there...

Same thing happened to me ass well.. Actually it started just like you.

It went on for 4 months. But i had burning stomach to. Nothing was found after severeal tests. Then i asked for antibiotics and all problems was gone.amoxilin and flagyl. Even they did not find H. Pylori bacteria they did the course anyway. The Hot flash started to burn in the forehead skin. And the skin turned red all over my body.

Had a HIDA scan done and was diagnosed with chronic cholecystitis. I have been referred to a surgeon whom I will consult with to discuss my options. I've read online that usually having this will lead to gallbladder removal, which, at this point, I am okay with as the last 5 months have been rough. Hope this helps anyone with similar symptoms!
