Hello, I have pains in my lower abdomen at nights, that are like electrocution, who awake me lately almost every night. Last week I have also often in urination (but no infection found, only 25 erithrocyts that I have for years) and hydronephrosis in the right kidney. The Urologist don't know what may be that pains. She told me to make cytology. But the pains are very annoying and I worry about it. I feel more week and in the mornings I feel bad. When the pains are strong I feel like I am going to die.. When I awake it takes some moments and the pain gone and I back to sleep. Sorry for my English and hope to have any information that can help, Yael
The pain may be due to the conditions you have.Follow your urologist’s advice and ask for a cystosocpy and ask for further investigations on you kidney. Do not worry; these test will help to give you answers. Go back to your doctor.
