Abit of help

So sorry for posting again it's the only place that helps if I'm honest I just need abit of advice today I've felt awful and I'm abit concerned I've felt funny all day like I'm not real and I feel like my body isn't working properly sounds silly doesn't it I've had a weird head all day but crnt really describe it my surroundings seem strange is this normal I have had tension headache and tension all In my back for a couple of days now I'm worried it's a brain tumour x

If it was what you think you have you wouldn't feel "tension headache". You would describe it as the "worst headache you've ever had" you wouldn't even be able to post this. Don't worry, everything is fine you are stressed and you feel you lose control of your surroundings!! It happens to me sometimes.Tension headacheds are almost all the time stress and anxiety related!! Hope you feel better soon!!

You haven't got a brain tumour, Kirsty.

The symptoms are very different from what you are describing, which is OCD Health Anxiety.

Thankyou tess x

Yeah your very right thankyou I hate health anxiety it scares me so much I hate the symptoms x

Hello Kirsty,

I am so sorry you are feeling so awful. If it makes you feel any better I'm feeling the exact same way. It comes and goes and sometimes it's all day. I was nervous about having a brain tumor myself and my doctors and therapist reassured me I don't and it's all anxiety and depression related. Please hang in there and if you need to feel free to DM me whenever you'd like and we can help each other!

Hello kirsty

If you are concerned talk to your GP, you need to put your mind at rest.

If I remember you are quite young and health concerns when young are not uncommon,

Good Luck

BOB

Me too and of course the symptoms get worse when you stress about them. So, try to find reassurance that your problem is not realistic (from your family, friends,a doctor or even this forum) and the symptoms will go away,it helps me a lot

NOT a brain tumour.

I have derealization and get tension headaches.
