bloodwork AST is 115 and ALT is 47. I had fasted for 14 hours prior could this be the reason for elevation?? Freaking out!!!

Have you been drinking alcohol? Your doctor will look at the ratio of ast/alt for clues. Ratios above 2 tend to be due to alcohol. However, your ast enzymes can also be produced in your large muscle groups, so extreme exercise or activity can cause this type of profile as well.
Yes I was drinking ultra light beers on average of 5-6 a night
AST has other sources in addition to liver.
dont worry as of now.
if you are taking alcohol, stop it for a 4 week period and retest AST /ALT.
If repeat tests are still abnormal further work up is neede.

Stopping alcohol should help you to lower the figuares.
