So I'll get these bumps and if I touch them they're painful. I'm a virgin so I know they're not STD's or anything. Could anyone tell me what they are?
Could be Bartholins cysts,which are blockages of the normal secreting glands in the vulva. Do they discharge pus?

Then I am betting this is the case. If they really are bothersome they can be removed surgically but sometimes a course of antibiotics can clear it up. Sitting in very warm water can be helpful in helping to empty them. Keep the area very clean. They are fairly common. Are you in UK?
