A lot people noticed that I have exploding reaction to any negative situation in my life. They have told me that they fear for me having some real fearful situation because I would "die", pass out or anything... sometimes i feel like life isnt for me. I find everything negative very hard to handle and very often feel suicidal. There can be days and days when i dont want to see my friends or go out because i can see/meet someone and they will "disurb my harmony" and i will go crazy. I find living very hard because of my emotions/reactions. I am always ALWAYS worrying about something. What do you think i should do?
Hello emma69318.
Don't worry, as far as I'm concerned you yourself are not 'abnormal', I mean who's fit to make that judgement, right? But, yes, having had a fair bit of experience with the mental health field [as a patient/client unfortunately] you're showing signs of anxiety/depression which although very difficult to experience within yourself are actually quite common, you're absolutely not alone [in the world with it]. In terms of an official medical assessment you'd need to see the psychologist for that and they can help you to look into ways to approach everything that's troubling you. Or you can just skip the psychologist [costs money afterall, my gosh] and through a supportive group [those can be very comforting] or on your own [nothing wrong with that, either], research [internet] and implement [because it's most probably not going to go away on it's own] some changes resulting in your overall happiness, which is very much the main thing. It's never too late and the sooner the better really. Don't give up hope.
Go doctor's tell them how you are feeling if I were you I would try medication, don't just brave it out and suffer if you can live a calmer life with treatment and remember all our problems are only temporary. I also like guided meditation you may find it helpful to, get well soon.
If you are having negative reaction and you are turning on the edge of a penny.
If you are feeling Suicidal it is important you talk with your GP.
If you are out of controle with your life where you become a danger to your self you can call 111 and explain you are at risk or suicidal, they will triage and then try and help you.
You can also ask for a place of safety from A and E or the local Police Station.
Look after yourself

Hi Emma. Sounds like you are very isolated and live in your head which is very typical of a depressed person. You do need to learn better coping skills because life is full of challenges and negative stuff. You must learn to be strong and tell yourself that you can handle things and will be okay. Breathe deep and take it slow before just reacting. One step at a time. Pray, read inspiring helpful things, take a bubble bath, go for a walk, find things to be thankful for no matter how small. Maybe talk to a counselor and temporarily get on meds until you stabilize. This too shall pass. Believe it.
