Hi, for a few weeks now I’ve had an on and off aching pain in my shoulder only for about an hour or two at a time, it kills especially when I laugh or breath in, however I came on holiday 2 days ago and ever since yesterday morning it’s been hurting me constantly this is the longest it’s hurt for and my shoulder is now swollen and higher than the other one. I can only sleep on my hurting shoulder sleeping on the other side kills
