Whoever it was who suggested that you should go with your gut feeling had obviously never experienced a real digestive disorder. They can be hugely disruptive to your life, but our helpful community is here to support you from diagnosis to treatment.

I have a hiatus hernia and it is twisting and Iām now on the list for surgery- it could be 6 months away -I find that scary - has anyone experienced this?
Yeah I agree with you here, have diverticulitis and really struggle with it too
