Hi I have been told to get a acapella but there is a blue and a green ,what is the best one to get

Mine is white. They gave it to me in the hospital. I would think that any flutter device would help, but some of the others on here may know more about the variation of colors.

tganks for the advice ,the phyio told me to get one I have had a infection for around a month I can't clear it up ,I was given a Mucus thinning drug but it gives me a terrible headache and the shakes I'm hoping this will help ,you are always so helpful thanks

Hi Jockeys. I personally find the green one better for me. It has more resistance (for lung expansion to expel mucous build up) that can be adjusted to your needs. This has worked for me. I found the blue didnt do as much for me but everyones needs are different.
