28 male. Ache in rectum & back perineum brought on by ejaculation. Starts gradually, builds to a steady ache, worst at night and prevents sleeping. Ache typically lasts 3 days without any treatment. Celebrex helps, so does Advil. Pelvic floor muscles tight. When I can relax them, feel a bubbling sensation near rectum. Have seen urologists, tried pelvic physical therapy. Thanks for your help
