I've had this achy pain feeling in my penis after I masturbate and it sometimes lasts up to 2 hours (ages!) and sometimes about an hour or less, why is this and what could be the cause? I do masturbate once everyday and this achy feeling has gone on for up to about 6 months now, it went for a few days recently but now it's back again? I have never been in a relationship with anyone before and never had sex before?
I doon't really know how to describe the pain it's not on the tip of my penis but near the middle I think the pain is as well, it doesn't feel like a burning feeling I'm not sure, but I noticed after I drunk some lemon juice the other day, after I masturbated, that ache feeling was there only a little bit but I didn't feel it as bad? Could it just be an infection? Overall the ache isn't unbearable like I can't do anything else but it's just annoying because I do feel the achy pain?
You could have blue balls or uti? Have you gone to the 👨⚕️?
It could just be normal, or possibly urethritis:

Taking a leak and washing down there (just water, no soap) after you masturbate might help.
If you've had it that long though, and it's painful and isn't going away, then I'd see a doctor. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated. Good luck.
Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor.
Hi
Thank you for your reply, today after masturbating, I only feel a very slight weak ache on my penis now, I don't think it's pain it's hard to describe really just this ache feeling but I didn't feel it as much today again for some reason. I might just leave it a few more months and hope it just goes away automatically hopefully, I can bare with it it's not something I can't cope with but the problem is I'm just too embarrased to go and see my doctor again because I already been twice to see him with penis problems which turned out to be nothing serious and I just don't want him to keep examining it especially not again after it's only be a couple of months since I saw him. I might book a telephone conversation, not sure yet though
