Hello im at week 4 post op from AT&T surgery. I'm wondering at what point do you start therapy?
I'm hoping to be able to communicate this journey with someone whom been through this same recovery.
How are you doing? They are great questions for your doctor or nurse. Have you been scheduled for physical therapy? Slow and steady!
Hey yes I spoke with my surgeon and he wants me to start therapy week 9. I got back to see him week 8. At week 3 I got cast off staples removed and a boot. The boot has 3 wedges and i have to tske one out every 13 or so days. He gave me a schedule. I was told i am FWB wean myself off crutches come back week 8. I can only put weight on my foot with the boot.
