Aching Feet

Hi, can anyone suggest how to stop aching feet? I bought some Dr.Scholl inner soles but they are rubbish. I've tried various soles but nothing seems to work - help please??

Thanks Barry - had a look at them but they are more for the Sporty type - being an elderly lady I don't think they are for me but worth a look.

Hi Adrienne, many thanks for the info. I have looked them up they are more for a younger person (I am beyond my sell by date ha ha!!). I wondered if there was anything like a foot spray for achy feet?
