Iv had acid reflux all my life, I am 23.
But my symptoms don't match what's on Google.
I always have the feeling of sick in my throat but no burning.
My throat makes theses loud growels

My husband suffered with acid reflux for years, seemed to be caused from tomato and citrus he always thought he was allergic to the acid in the food. We started eating organic food and I mean truly ORGANIC food, and all of his symptoms disappeared. We determined he was reacting to the chemicals used on those items. I recommend finding small organic companies/producers. The bigger organic companies are being bought out by big, non-organic companies and they have degraded the quality of some organic products on the market. If you can grow these things yourself (starting with organic heirloom seed) it would be best. Good luck!
