Acid Watchers Diet for LPR

Has anyone tried the Acid Watchers Diet for LPR? I've joined a Facebook Page that seems to refer to this for help. Before purchasing this I thought I would ask for input from others who might have tried it to see if they had any success>

Hi

I am following the AWD combined with omeprazole for the last 3 months and would definitely recommend it. I have seen a big improvement during this time.

For me and many others with LPR the key is lifestyle change and a big part of that is diet.. It can be tough to begin with but it’s healthy.

Hi , Are you a member of The Acid Watchers Diet Support Group on Facebook ? If not please do join. It has so much information, and the members and admin are very helpful. Any questions you have regarding the Diet or it’s success can be asked there. You don’t actually have to be on the diet or have the book when you join. Hope this helps.
