I used to shave the base of penis quite often until several months ago I noticed few red pimples that looked like razor burns on the left side. I quit shaving, and unfortunately tried to pop one pimple. Now several months have passed, and they didn't disappear but haven't spread to other side though. I tried 7 days clotrimazolum and 5 days Fucicort Cream (Fusidic Acid/Betamethasone), but they haven't improved anything. On the contrary that bump on the pimple that I popped, got tender to touch and persisted to look like skin tag. I've tested for STDs, but nothing alarming like hpv or hsv was found. Does it look like folliculitis, nodular acne or other skin related infection? What should I do to treat it?
